RHODE ISLAND – Caserta’s Pizza is loaded with traditional Italian toppings and their delicious, homemade sauce. As Owen found out, they are the originator of the famous “Wimpy Skippy”, a spinach pie stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, and Black Olives. Owen also enjoyed the “Pig in a Blanket”, made from Sweet Italian Sausage and Tomato Sauce rolled in dough.
